Deal crime wave - Offender caught

Good morning all residents of Deal,

As I assume most of you have already seen, and the reason for my last message regarding the safeguarding of your vehicles and property within them. There has been a crime wave that took over Deal of a lone man, entering people’s vehicles at night ad attempting to steal whatever he could. On all occasions the vehicles were not locked, and I promise no devises were used to unlock vehicles. So, I stress again, ensure your vehicles are securely locked as 1 male chose to exploit this vulnerability. 

However, as one of Deals Town Beat Officers, I took it upon myself to stamp this out.
